Finally a good ramen restaurant! The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was rich and savory. Highly recommend. #1. Classic Tonkotsu Ramen (Minus the mushrooms) #7. Chuka Gyuuniku-men (added two soft boiled eggs) Drink: Shonen Cream sodas (Orange and Banana)

Best ramen I’ve had since being in Japan! I’ve been back 3x in one week, it’s so good. Spicy miso ramen is a MUST.

4.9/5.0 is totally overrated. Ramen is above average Minnesota standards but is just so so in terms of authenticity and in Japan standards. If you’re close, worth stopping by, if you live 30mins away, not worth the trip. #3 ramen is too oily and salty. #5 is ok.

Love the decor and food presentation. Their ramen noodles were a little different from other places in the city. The broth was good but not the best I’ve had. Overall a nice spot for quick ramen.

Had to try for myself how a place could have 4.9 stars out of (over) 3k reviews. The reviews speak for themselves, Itton does everything flawlessly! The attention to detail and quality ingredients they're using cannot be matched. We will definitely be back to try more of what their menu has to offer.

Easy free parking, food was delicious, friendly staff. Not too many tables to sit. Beer and sake available.

It’s good but not by California standards. From people from Wisconsin it’s the best. The broth is not amazing. It’s more like home cooked. The bowls are kinda small, smaller meat portions too.

Very good food. Would definitely come here again. The noodles were great and the place also had a fun atmosphere. I also liked the ice machine as it dispenses ice and water together, in a good ratio, with good ice pellets.
